The composition of cnc precision machining virtual simulation system

The basic composition of cnc precision machining simulation system is divided into the following modules.

(1) Operation panel module. This module is the control center of the CNC lathe simulation system to use and control the machine tool. In addition, for some specific simulation objects, the operation panel needs to be consistent with the actual one.

(2) NC compilation module. In the process of applying the NC lathe simulation system, in order to enable the system to effectively identify the NC program, it is necessary to fully develop the NC compilation module.

(3) Motion control module. The running direction and feed rate of the lathe tool are determined by the NC program, and certain control commands are issued to different moving parts.

(4) Cutting calculation module. The motion control module provides relevant instruction information to effectively judge the interference of the workpiece and the tool, and calculate the tool position and workpiece parameters at the same time.

(5) Machine tool scene module. It mainly uses computer graphics to display the machining process of CNC machine tools, so as to fully display the tool movement and the shape of the workpiece.
